A small office move within the city costs about ₹10,000–₹25,000. We usually move offices on a Saturday night or Sunday, so you open on Monday as normal.
An office move is judged on one thing: how soon your people can start working again. We plan the move around your working hours, not ours.
Before moving day we visit, list every desk and system, and mark where each will go in the new office. On the day, cartons and furniture are labelled by floor and seat, so setting up is quick.
We move small offices of 5–10 people, larger floors, shops and clinics. For bigger moves we split the work over two nights so nothing is rushed.
We check lifts, loading points, parking and building rules at the old and new office, and agree the time slots with you.
Every desk gets a number that matches the new floor plan. Cartons, CPUs and chairs carry the same number.
Staff pack personal drawers on the last afternoon. Our team packs files, systems and common areas in the evening.
Furniture goes first and is fitted, then systems are placed at the right desks and connected to power and monitors.
We walk the floor with your admin team, check every numbered item, and remove all packing waste.
