Rates on this website

Rates shown on this website are approximate. Your final rate is given in writing after a survey, and depends on the amount of goods, floors, lift access and distance.

Booking and payment

No advance is taken for a quote or survey. A booking amount is taken when you confirm your date. The balance and payment terms are written in your quote. Every move is billed with GST.

Insurance

Transit insurance is optional and is charged on the declared value of your goods. Claims are handled as per the insurance terms given with your policy.

Items we do not carry

Cash, jewellery, important documents, gas cylinders, fuel, explosives, and illegal items are not carried. Please keep valuables with you.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as possible if your date changes. Cancellation terms are written in your quote.
