How we do it

Sometimes the new house is not ready on the day the old one has to be emptied. Storage fills that gap.

We pack your goods, list every carton, and keep them in a covered, locked warehouse until you are ready. Then we deliver them to your new home.

Storage is also used by people going abroad for a few months, families doing a home renovation, and offices that need to clear a floor for a while.

Goods kept in a spare room or a relative's garage often get damp, dusty or damaged over a few months. A proper store keeps them packed, off the floor and listed, so you get back exactly what you gave.

You pay only for the space your goods take and the time they stay. If your plans change, you can take your goods back earlier, or extend the stay.

  1. Packing for storage

    Goods are packed for a longer stay, with extra stretch film on furniture against dust.

  2. Inventory

    Every carton and item is numbered and listed. You get a copy.

  3. Storage

    Goods are kept on raised pallets in a covered, locked warehouse.

  4. Delivery

    When you are ready, tell us a day or two before and we deliver to your new address.

What is the minimum storage time?

You can store goods for as little as one week.

Can I take out a few items in between?

Yes. Tell us a day before and we will keep them ready.

What cannot be stored?

Food, plants, gas cylinders, fuel, cash, jewellery and anything that can catch fire.

Is my stored furniture safe from dust?

Yes. Furniture is wrapped in stretch film and kept on raised pallets in a covered warehouse.

Can I store goods and then move to another city?

Yes. We can deliver from storage to any of the 45 cities we serve.

How is the storage charge worked out?

It depends on the space your goods take and the number of weeks or months. A 1 BHK takes much less space than a 3 BHK, so it costs less.

Can I see my goods while they are in storage?

Yes. Tell us a day before and we will arrange a time.

Can I store only a few items, like a bike or some furniture?

Yes. We store small loads too, charged by the space they take.
